Service Description
weekly Personalised intensive ,guided practice in which participants, will learn how to better take control of their stress and develop a sustainable plan to maintain wellbeing. Participants will identify the causes of stress they they are currently experiencing and other potential stress factors and through personal one to one guided practice ; will develop an ongoing personal self care and wellness plan . Expected outcomes are proficiency in mindfulness techniques to alleviate stress , the avoidance of longterm absence from work and a more productive ,creative and effective work and home life. This program also includes an option of Counselling and other complimentary therapies as an add on.
